E sign is a use case we created on the Pointing fish platform,Specifically for Loan coordinators in title companies, And Notaries who can digitally notarize the loan document through the Ipad app.E sign has two Interfaces, one is dedicated to the loan coordinator on the web, And another is dedicated to Notaries on Ipad App Lets start with the Loan coordinator interface, The loan coordinator can Invite multiple Loan coordinators and notaries, Loan coordinators can accept invitations and activate their accounts by the registration process.
Once notaries complete their registration after accepting the invitation with us, We provide him with his digital certificate authorized by the Identity trustwhich will be uploaded as part of his profile. And helpful to encrypt the document after every signing on Ipad App.So every signature on the document will be tamper-proof with notaries digital certificate.With the click of the upload button, loan coordinators can upload a new loan package with the name of the seller and buyers, he can upload the file for processing, which has two options manual and automatic processing. if loan coordinators uploads the file with manual intervention selected, file will stay on the pointing fish platform to be reviewed and tagged by our domain experts for ensuring 100% accuracy within the SLAs,either loan coordinators can select automatic processing which is purely machine-based tagging that is 80 to 90% correct in himself. Once processing completes, the Status of the file will turn to Processed, and loan coordinators can check the tagging, and also he can be able to correct or tag the vitals If there are any missed by auto-tagging.As loan coordinators ensured every possible location in the file is tagged and the file is ready to assign a notary he can click on the save button and prepare the file to be scheduled for notary signing.On schedule loan package screen system explicitly ask for the personal information of all signers and their availability, So the notary can see scheduled appointments for the particular signer,Once scheduling is completed file will be available in the relevant notarys Ipad app. Now we are logging in to the Ipad app with the Notaries account After login, you can see a list of loan packages that are scheduled for signing The notary can start the process by downloading a package,E sign allows the notary to download the Loan package The download will be In-app Download so the file is not accessible from Ipad memory in any way but it can be edited and get signed in the application without internetLets say your signer is in a remote location where you do not get a good network in that case you can make signing offline and upload signed packages back to the Esign platform. After the download is completed, Notary can start the signing process He can select a specific signer to take his signature, initials, and identity proofs and the system will be asked to start signing one by one on every page or he can automatically apply signatures on all pages, once signature applied, the notary can manually review the document in case of missed tag or he wants to manipulate existing tag, he has custom document editor to apply different fields like handwrite text, putting check boxes, apply signatures and many more options. after this notary finish signing for that particular signer, the system will ask for the notarys digital secret to encrypt the document and make it temper proof after every signing. When all signers complete the signing system apply the notary seal, and again encrypt the document with notaries digital certificate and complete package ready to upload back to the platform. On the platform, the Loan coordinate can download a zip of completed package containing, an Orignal signed package with attached consent for E signature and log of signing and document encryption Also, he can see attached Identity proofs with each signer in the package
